Rose Trails/The Hideaway Campground (“Rose Trails”, “we”, or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy (which includes details on how we collect, store, and protect your data). By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Through the Program, we may send both promotional and transactional mobile messages.

Promotional messages: These may advertise and promote our products and services, including [special offers, discounts, marketing promotions, abandoned checkout reminders, etc.].

Transactional messages: These are related to existing or ongoing transactions and may include [order notifications, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and other transaction-related updates].

Messages may be sent using automated technology, such as an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. The frequency of these messages may vary depending on your interactions with our services. You may receive messages up to 10 daily or 40 weekly, depending on your interactions with our services. You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages about the topics mentioned above, using various phone numbers or short codes.

Although we do not charge for sending mobile messages, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile provider.

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program. You agree to receive recurring mobile messages at the number associated with your opt-in, even if that number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You confirm that the mobile phone number you provide is valid and that you are the owner or authorized user of that number.

Your participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for purchasing any goods or services. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the number, you agree to promptly notify us by emailing us at [email protected].

User Opt-Out and Support

You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to stop receiving mobile messages from us, you can reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message we send. While we process your request, you may continue to receive text messages for a short time and will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out request.

To request support, reply HELP to any message you receive from us.

Please note that our platform may not recognize any variations of the opt-out commands (such as “STOP” spelled differently or combined with other words), and we are not liable for failing to process such requests that do not comply with the opt-out instructions outlined here. Additionally, we may change the phone number or short code we use for the Program. If that happens, we will notify you. You acknowledge that any requests sent to an old phone number or short code may not be received by us, and we will not be liable for failing to honor any such request.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or on all mobile networks. We are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of mobile messages or information sent through the Program.

Modifications

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Additionally, we may modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modifications will take effect once posted to our website. You agree to review these terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates or changes. By continuing to participate in the Program, you accept any modifications made to the Mobile Messaging Terms.

Data Privacy

All data collected through the program, including mobile phone numbers, is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information on how your data is used, stored securely, and protected from unauthorized access. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
